As a Strategic Communications Professional & Project Coordinator, it is my job to develop effective communication plans that will clearly outline an organization's goals and mission, in order to achieve growth and high reliable performance.
My BA Strategic Communications, work experience, writing skills, and overall creativity has successfully equipped me to help any organization manage and develop their strategic communication goals - creating visual communications, brand development, social media or developing an online presence.
Here are a few projects I've successfully led:
- Communication Survey - Conducted survey which served as a means to determine if the current means of communicating metrics are effective.
- Communication Toolkit - Developed guide to aid managers in promoting quality metrics and engaging employees.
- Led the yearly AIDET initiative and created promotional materials.
- Led the Strategic Communications for statewide emergency code and plain language initiative.
As a Communications & Goal Setting Strategist, I developed and lead a program called VisionMakers where I assist people on how to:
- Effectively set personal goals
- Plan & prioritize for success and
- Identify the barriers that keep you from realizing your goals!
